A number of innovative and historical events enriched the Military/Veteran experience for those who serve/ed and our communities in general in recent months. The VA Chaplains Corp reached out to leaders and laity of all faith groups and conducted “spiritual strength” training events in Lexington, Weymouth and Brockton. And Boston saw the first commissioning of a US Navy vessel in 10 years as our own USS Thomas Hudner, DDG116, joined the active fleet at a grand ceremony at the Black Falcon Pier on December 3rd.
